<p>Ellen Datlow est l'éditrice du magazine de fiction <i><a href="Omni_(magazine)" title="Omni (magazine)">Omni</a></i> puis d'<i>Omni Online</i> de 1981 à 1998, et édite également les dix anthologies <i>Omni</i> associées. Elle co-édite la série <i><span class="lang-en" lang="en">Year's Best Fantasy and Horror</span></i> de 1988 à 2008 (avec la co-éditrice <a href="Terri_Windling" title="Terri Windling">Terri Windling</a> jusqu'en 2003, suivie par l'équipe de Gavin Grant et <a href="Kelly_Link" title="Kelly Link">Kelly Link</a> jusqu'à la fin de la série<sup id="cite_ref-2" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-2"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>2<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup>).
